journal was first published) to 2005 are now
available in the on-line shop as Adobe Acrobat
downloads. Issues of the journal from 2006
onwards are available in printed form only. Adobe
Acrobat files will be available for download as
soon as you have completed your order; this is
via a link on the final page of the checkout
process (when you view your receipt). An index is
available in the Back issues index (see the main menu on the
left); this index links directly to the relevant
issue in the on-line shop. Please let us know if you
have any comments on the new system. Your
feedback will be welcomed.
